At The Wilman Group, we deliver civil and structural construction across a broad range of project types commercial buildings, industrial facilities, infrastructure schemes, and multi-storey residential developments. Our teams manage every phase of the structural build, from initial ground investigation through to structural frame completion and civil infrastructure handover. We work directly from engineer-approved structural drawings, maintain full pour and inspection records throughout, and coordinate with the structural engineer at every key stage. Structural work done properly requires no shortcuts and we don’t take any.

Reinforced Concrete Frames:Columns, beams, flat slabs, transfer structures, shear walls, and core walls — constructed to the structural engineer’s drawings with full pour records and cube test documentation throughout.

Structural Steelwork:Steel frame erection, column bases, beam connections, and portal frame construction. We coordinate with steel fabricators from early design stages to manage programme and buildability.

Foundation Systems:Pad, strip, raft, and pile cap construction for all ground conditions. We assess the foundation type against the ground investigation report and build to the approved bearing pressures.
