We work with the client’s appointed structural engineer and can recommend reputable practices if needed. Our role is construction delivery we build to the approved structural drawings and manage the on-site programme, including stage inspections at key structural milestones

Concrete mix design is reviewed against the structural specification before ordering. Delivery dockets are checked on arrival. Cube samples are taken for every pour and sent for third-party testing at 7 and 28 days. Results are tracked against the specified characteristic strength and any non-conformances are addressed before the element is loaded.

Any change affecting the structure goes back to the structural engineer for review and approval before it is implemented on site. We maintain a formal change register and do not accept verbal instructions on structural modifications.
