Scope of Work
- Complete end to end construction from foundation to finishing of a luxury residence
- Execution of multi level RCC structural system including columns, beams, slabs, and staircase
- Premium masonry work with detailed internal plastering and elevation based external finishing
- Development of large residential spaces including living areas, bedrooms, and service zones
- Installation of high quality flooring, wall finishes, and door and window systems
- Integration of plumbing, drainage, and sanitation systems across all levels
- Electrical conduit planning and coordinated fitting integration for advanced requirements
- External development including paving, boundary walls, and site finishing elements
Construction Phases
Phase 1 – Substructure
The process began with excavation, soil preparation, PCC work, and RCC footing construction. Plinth beam and filling works were completed to establish a strong base.
Phase 2 – Superstructure
Structural framework development included column casting, beam placement, slab concreting, and staircase construction across multiple levels.
Phase 3 – Envelope and External Finishing
Brick masonry and external plastering were carried out, followed by detailed elevation finishing aligned with the luxury design concept.
Phase 4 – Interior and MEP
Interior finishing works including flooring, wall preparation, plumbing systems, and electrical conduit integration were executed with precision.
Phase 5 – External Development
Final external works including paving, boundary construction, and site finishing were completed to prepare the residence for handover.
