Phase 1 – Substructure
Excavation, PCC work, RCC footing construction, and plinth beam development were completed to establish the foundation.

Phase 2 – Superstructure
Structural framework was developed through column casting, beam alignment, slab construction, and staircase execution.

Phase 3 – Envelope and External Finishing
Masonry and external finishing works were carried out to achieve a modern and durable exterior.

Phase 4 – Interior and MEP
Internal finishing including flooring, plumbing, drainage systems, and electrical conduit integration was completed.

Phase 5 – External Development
Final site preparation, access work, and finishing were completed prior to handover.
