Phase 1 – Substructure
The project began with excavation, PCC work, and RCC footing construction followed by plinth beam development and filling works.

Phase 2 – Superstructure
Column casting, beam placement, slab concreting, and staircase construction were carried out to form the structural framework.

Phase 3 – Envelope and External Finishing
Masonry and plastering works were completed, followed by external finishing to achieve durability and visual consistency.

Phase 4 – Interior and MEP
Internal finishing works including flooring, plumbing systems, and electrical conduit integration were executed.

Phase 5 – External Development
Final site finishing, boundary construction, and access preparation were completed prior to handover.
