Scope of Work

  • Complete construction from excavation stage to final finishing and handover
  • Execution of RCC structural framework including foundation, columns, beams, slabs, and staircase
  • Basic masonry work with internal plastering and cost efficient external finishing
  • Development of compact residential layout including living areas, bedrooms, kitchen, and utility spaces
  • Installation of flooring systems, wall finishes, and door and window units
  • Integration of plumbing systems, drainage lines, and sanitation infrastructure
  • Electrical conduit placement and basic wiring coordination within civil structure
  • External works including site leveling, access preparation, and boundary definition

Construction Phases

Phase 1 – Substructure
The project began with site clearing, layout marking, excavation, and PCC work. RCC footing and plinth beam construction were completed, followed by proper filling and compaction to create a stable base.

Phase 2 – Superstructure
Structural framework development included column casting, beam placement, slab construction, and staircase execution. The structure was developed in a systematic sequence to ensure stability.

Phase 3 – Envelope and External Finishing
Brick masonry defined the internal and external walls, followed by plastering and application of simple and durable external finishes suited to the project budget.

Phase 4 – Interior and MEP
Internal plastering, flooring installation, and integration of plumbing, drainage, and electrical conduit systems were carried out to make the residence fully functional.

Phase 5 – External Development
Final site leveling, access work, and minor external development were completed to prepare the unit for occupancy and handover.
